The Hero Cat Every Child Love
Nester was a nice cat. He was white and orange and he lived all alone in an alley. He couldn’t remember his mother or father, his brothers or sisters or ever having lived anywhere else. He liked things as they were. There were plenty of newspapers to sleep on, lots of trash to dine off and, every afternoon, the sun shone down between the high buildings and warmed his back as he napped.
